Sometimes deep sand, 4x4 recommended. On the S 22, close to mile 26, take the Rockhouse Canyon TL. Stop after about 8.6 mile
An unnamed wash, on the west side of the Rockhouse trail dirt road.
Lots of Smoke trees and Cheese bush.
The hike is interesting, easy with mostly firm sand, up to point "fork".
Take the North fork.
More rocks and some boulders further on in the wash. The canyon narrows considerably and gets rocky, some rather interesting dry falls and more and more boulders.
