Anza-Borrego Desert: Fages monument - CRHT - PCT - Loop

Access All cars, Fages monument on the S1 (Sunrise Highway), mile marker 36.

At the Fages monument head east on the California riding and hiking trail.
Meeting the unmarked Mason valley truck road watch out for the PCT marker on the left.
Follow the PCT north, downhill, it meets a dirt road, continue on the PCT right (East).
Take the next dirt road to the right (South) this the unmarked Mason valley truck road, closed for vehicles on the west side (S1).
