Anza-Borrego Desert: June Wash Ironwood Wash loop

Rating *****
Length 10 mile (round trip) - 4 Hour (round trip). Moderate.
Elevation 1220 - 2030 feet
Access High clearance, see below.

A loop hike in the June and Ironwood wash, expect cacti, scrubs and rocks along the way.
The hike follows drainages from June Wash into Ironwood Wash.
Next enter Ironwood Wash East fork, at the end of the wash, there are two options, following the rocky drainage or taking the shorter scramble up the canyon wall.

Now hike down the narrow drainage, sometimes in and out of the drainage ending up in June Wash.

The GPX file contains a shortcut, a bit rocky but it shortens the hike by 3/4 hour.

How to get here:

Exit Mile 41.5, signed June Wash, the "road" is good, but some ground clearance is needed.
There may be soft sand, mostly at the start of the "road". An AWD is advised and may be needed.
