Anza-Borrego Desert: Military Wash

The hike follows some of the many drainages forming Military Wash.
One of the striking features are the Hilaria rigida, Big galetta lining the wash.
The area is rather flat with a lot of drainages full of scrubs.

How to get here:
Take the 'Butte Pass' road and turn right on the first crossing towards 'Butte Pass', keep on going passing 'Goat' and 'Hawk Canyon'.
Once in the San Felipe wash, turn right following the San Felipe Wash down (east), park just past the Blow Sand exit.
