Anza-Borrego Desert: Rattlesnake East Fork

Rating *****
length 7.4 mile (round trip) - 4 hour (round trip). Easy/Moderate.
Elevation 970 - 2340 feet
Access Park at the parking along the S22 at mile 32. (All cars).

This route follows the well traveled Villager Peak "trail". Once in the drainage of the east fork, head east. The drainage is rocky for a short stretch, the best place to be is just out of the drainage.
Now it's a rather easy route, with a small but steep dry fall that can be navigated with some care.

The return route follows a different drainage.
