The loop follows some of the drainages, dunes and drifting sand dunes.
Hiking in the sand dunes is moderate, with firm and often soft sand.
The sand dunes are often surprisingly firm, otherwise loose sand.
Not recommended when high wind is predicted.
How to get here:
In Glamis, take the first dirt road left (north/east Ted Kipf Rd) before the railroad crossing.
At the wildlife watching sign turn right into a free parking area. The only free parking without a parking limit yet (2020).
