This loop follows fire roads around Middle Peak.

Head for the Hual-Cu-Cuish sign and follow the Milk Ranch Road.
After a short while turn right on the Middle Peak Fire Road.
At any crossing keep on the Middle Peak Fire Road.

Start at free Trout Pond parking in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park.
