Anza-Borrego Desert: North Pinyon Mountain Loop

A GPS loop that follow sandy washes most of the time, but goes cross country in rough terrain numerous times.

Great views of Pinyon Mountain, Shelter Valley and Borrego Springs.

How to get here:
On the S2 heading south, as soon as you see the Anza Borrego Park sign turn left on the Pinyon Mountain road.
Follow this dirt road straight ahead towards Pinyon Mountain, disregard the N(on) Pinyon Mountain road on the left.
Park roadside at point park, there is a bigger parking a bit further on.
